My new fav mongolian grill.. This strip mall mongolian grill is located in the mill creek towne center, which can be a nice place to grab a meal and do some shopping. Its hard to find all you can eat mongolian grills lately and since I am a pig and like to enjoy at least 3 heaping bowls full, I love this one. What's nice about Hot Iron is they let you chose if you are feeling piggish or not, you can get small bowls which are all you can eat for one price, or a large bowl which just includes one trip but allows you to take the leftovers to go for another. I also really like that they have tofu and black olives which is something you don't find at many mongolian grills. They also have a neat sauce bar where you can chose to cover your mongolian grill with a variety of sauces after its cooked.

Great food to take home. I go here a lot on my way home to pick up food for my family. You can go online and get a buy one get one half price coupon. I get 2 to go and it feeds my entire family. The place is really clean and modern looking. Nothing makes my stomach cringe more than getting food from a dirty place. The staff is always nice and you get a choice of rice and sauce to take with you as well.
