DO NOT EAT PASTA HERE IF IT IS LIKE SHORELINES

BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON THE SHORELINE AMANTES: ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS I ORDERED FETTUCCINI CARBONARA AND DID NOT GET IT. INSTEAD WHAT I GOT WAS NOODLES AND SAUCE. NO MUSHROOMS WERE ADDED. NO GREEN ONIONS, NO BACON, NO TOMATOES. BASICALLY NOTHING WAS ADDED THAT IT IS ON THIS AMANTE'S MENU DESCRIBING fettuccini carbonara.

Good family place

Amante's pasta is good, the portions are huge, and the kid's menu is extensive. You don't have to wait for a table and the staff is very nice to children.
- Pros: Huge menu with Italian classics and Greek salads.

Best Pizza!

I love Amante's pizza! Especially if you love plain cheese. I don't know what kind of cheese they use but it's excellent. Another thing I like is they don't smother the pizza with sauce. Since they are new, most people don't know about them so I feel bad that they are never packed. Definitely my favorite pizza place though! I like them so much I created a citysearch account just so I could tell everyone about them!
- Pros: Excellent pizza! Especially plain cheese
- Cons: Not many people do sit down (mostly take out or delivery)
