the evolving workout!

After having my second son and on the cusp of turning 40, I wanted something new, different and result producing. I found all of that at Fitness Together! After two months doing twice a week workouts, the results really shined. I went down another pant size, was stronger in my yoga practice (and able to do more asanas) and my husband said to me, "how does it feel looking hotter going into your 40's than into your 30's?"!!! Now what a compliment. Thanks FT!

"I've been a client at Fitness Together for about 18 months...given my inconsistent approach to exercise in the past this fact points to the success of the program at Fitness Together. The facility is great for people at all fitness levels and the trainers all do a great job. I normally work with Brian, who has done things like getting me to actually run a 5K race on the eve of my 40th birthday, but also appreciate working with the other trainers (Bonnie, Duncan, Rachel and Heidi) who all put their own twist on the same program. The mix of trainers just adds to the experience.
Fitness Together is not cheap, but it is a great value in terms of service and facilities, particularly when compared with the cost of personal training at the "chain" gyms. If you're ready to make an investment in your physical and mental well-being, you won't be disappointed by choosing Fitness Together."

Expert personal --and private -- training

Here you'll find private and personalized training that starts when people actually listen to you instead of just going ahead with a one- size- fits -all training program. You get one-on-one focused training and attention. After four months of twice a week training my endurance, stamina and strength have all improved and I did it all without a single injury ? a big deal for me. My trainer Duncan really listened and understood where I was starting from and where I wanted to go. His knowledge is impressive and even better he knows how to translate that knowledge into a tough and effective but still enjoyable workout that gets results for me with no downside. Clients here include individuals of all levels of fitness and all fitness goals and all are treated equally -- you don't have to be training for an Ironman to be treated with respect. Kudos to owner Bonnie for carefully hiring quality trainers. Additional plus: There is good air quality and extra fans positioned everywhere and since you?re the only one training you can control them!
