Mortgage Service is slanderous!. I strongly advise you not to use their service for obtaining a mortgage or refinancing.

My fiasco started with poor communication, worse service, incorrect interest rates, incorrect docs, an agent that didn't understand when a lock expires, and on and on.

And do not think that they absorbed the cost of the fee when we had to extend our lock.

We were perfect customers, no issues, credit scores over 800, house appraised very well.

It was such a nightmare, and so much stress about something that is supposed to make your life easier.

Don't do it!
