Stay away. I should have know the service completed would be terrible as soon as I called for a consultation. The owner answered the phone and said he would have to call me back as he was in the middle of watching a football game on TV. We were in a predicament so had him come to perform the work despite the lack of professionalism and the work was very shoddy. After a $3000 bill, we found out that the work he completed did not cover all wetness in our walls and weeks later, had to have other services completed by a different contractor. His technician's work was sloppy and our walls were uneven after he ripped out existing drywall and tried to repair it. My advice is to stay away from this vendor all together.

Seattle Flood Force impressed me with their 24 Hour emergency flood cleanup service when they showed up fast at 6 AM with 3 techs ready to go. Without them my house would have been ruined when the toilet let loose overnight and flooded the house. We had wet walls, wet carpets and wet ceilings and they used some high power fans for drying. Flood Force certainly lived up to its claim of 24 Hour Emergency Water Damage Restoration Service. They came at 4 AM and performed a quality flood service and water removal from my flooded house. Now my wet wood floor and wet carpet are dry and the house is liveable again. They billed my insurance company for the water damage service.

FLOOD DAMAGE SERVICE. The flood damage crew came to my house on a Sunday night ready for action. They cleaned up the flood mess which had already caused water damage to the wet walls. They cut out the walls and now I can live there again. Water damage service and quick response was great. Thanks for the flood clean up again and for the box of candy for my stress. Very thoughtful

fast response. Flood Force responded at 2AM w/4 technicians ready to work. I had 2 floors of water damage which they prevented from getting moldy.
