My family and I were feeling comfortable about our investment when we signed up for car insurance for all vehicles and renters insurance for our kids...well until we actually had to use it!
So what we're we paying you for? We had two major incidences happen in all the years we were with her, and both times it seemed easy enough since it wasn't our fault. Nope, we did all the work both times we actually had to use our insurance and she fought us every step of the way instead of helping us.
If you want to pay an agent to sit around and watch her inbox fill with your unanswered questions, to call her to only get her assistant returning our calls to tell us she'll get back to us then go right ahead. I'm embarrassed our family stuck around as long as we did.
