Horrible receptionist

I have been going to 1st Impressions for some time now but I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to their receptionists horrible attitude. I love the dental staff but their receptionist (I believe her name is Brenda) is horrible! She argues and tries to prove you wrong for no reason what so ever! When a patient asks a question they are not necessaraly trying to argue. They might just be asking a question. And if they decide to speak or comment after what you have to say, they probably are not trying to get their head ripped off and made a fool of, which Brenda seems to think they are.

• Pros: Dental staff are excellent!
• Cons: Receptionist has a Horrible attitude!
