Vera Fitness, nestled into the Green Lake neighborhood, fills a hole in the women's fitness community in Seattle. The women who operate Vera make you feel welcome and special as soon as you walk in the door. The Kinesis workouts are challenging and satisfying, and particularly effective, reaching muscles you've never dreamed you had! The music is always spot-on, there's Aveda products in the bathrooms/showers, and they give you your own iPod to work out with!! Given the undivided attention of the trainers, the unique challenge of the Kinesis Wall, and the spa-like atmosphere of Vera, I know this is the place I'll be coming back to for years.
