I have just completed my 21st session with Joe Montgomery at Edge Personal Training. These sessions have been most rewarding for me as I have noticed a massive improvement in both my strength and overall appearance. I have a competitive sport background, having played both collegiate and semi-pro hockey. With the pressures of family and work getting in the way of my fitness Joe has been able to work with my background and get me back on track! I am now registering for my second set of 20 personal sessions.

Awesome Rehab Trainer!

I developed jumpers knee and had to do some rehab work. I found Erik online and he was the absolute best trainer I could have found. I have worked out with many trainers in the past, but Erik was the most thorough and knowledgeable. He did not re injure my knee and I am able to go up stairs again without constant popping and pain!

Working out can be fun, that is, if you train with Erik at the Edge. And you will get stronger, gain confidence, and possibly become leaner if you incorporate cardio and sensible eating into the regiment.

Best Personal Trainer on Planet Earth!

A year & a half ago I was planning for hip replacement surgery & thought it would be a good idea to get in shape first to make my recovery easier. Erik's knowledge & expertise has helped me get fit, lose body fat & inches,and increase muscle tone & strength. But best of all, his training has helped decrease my pain, improve my quality of life and probably postpone surgery for a few more years! Yahoo!

Fantastic Personal Trainer

Erik at Edge is fantastic! I will preface by saying I'm not a huge fan of working out - and after many months of trying get in shape by myself (to no avail) - I decided to try the personal trainer route. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Finally something that works! Erik's methods are genius. I've been working with him for a little over 6 weeks. I'm really surprised by the results - I already feel stronger, my clothes fit better and it's amazing how much more energy I have ... Erik makes each workout interesting and challenging. I must admit, now I (almost - lol) look forward to working out! Thanks Erik!
