Had Roto Rooter come out today on 4/5/13. to unclogged our Kitchen sink. Very fast.. came out on the same day we called. The Dispatch called us back to let us know that someone would be here with in 30 minutes after telling us they would be here between 1 and 5. Our Plumber Joe Thompson is very good at what he does. Very friendly (with all smiles). We really appreciated the fact that he helped us with tips to keep our pipes cleaned. I will definitely call Joe again if we need his help! I would give him a 100 (if the scale went that high) :) Thank you so much for a great job!

The service I had on 2/18/13 was awesome. The phone call went through quick. I didn't have to wait, and wait on the line for someone to answer. The time to wait wasn't long at all. Plus the dispatch person was great. He called me twice. First was to say that it would be about 3hrs. Then he called again to say he was about 20mins away and the name of the guy to expect( Who was Joe Thompson). Joe couldn't have been any nicer. He did a great job and was neat and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. He was from the Everett site. I would definitely request Joe Thompson for my next need of a plumbing job. 5 stars!

Plumber Brett Bloomberg arrived the same day as I called for service to fix a leak under the house. Brett arrived on time and fixed the leak quickly. He was very polite and professional. I will call them if again if I ever have another issue. Definately recommend Roto-Rooter.

Got great service from Marcelino on a sewer line with nasty roots in it....on a Friday night. He was very courteous, empathetic and definitely worked hard to clear the line. He explained things well and his experience, knowledge and excellent work ethics definitely showed.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers July 8th 2012 Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of looking up at my living room ceiling only to find that there was a large mass of water being stored in between the upstairs sub floor and showing through the ceiling below. Not good! I called Roto Rooter in Everett Washington and a plumber by the name of Elvis came out to to have a look. Elvis was able to find the leak location very precisely which allowed for only a small portion of drywall to be cut out and he was very helpful in showing how the leak started as well as how easy it would be for me to fix minimizing my cost tremendously.

Thank you very much Elvis for your help and I will definitely be calling and referring friends and family to Roto Rooter knowing that we will be taken care of with any of our plumbing needs!

Mike from Roto-Rooter in Everett was here exactly on time, had my problem diagnosed within minutes, and then basically matched a lower quote I had received!

Superb service! I'll call roto-rooter every time I have a plumbing or drain problem.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-16-12. I was so impressed with the service that we received on a Friday night, with the sun so bright (rare in this area), by a wonderful and friendly man full of might. (I was trying to rhyme). So, our dishwasher/sink/disposal was malfunctioning, at best. Water kept overflowing all over the kitchen counter and floor. When I called Roto-Rooter, they said "We will dispatch someone right now, he's on his way." The other plumber I called said he was on over-time, and that it was an easy fix. Basically told me I could do it myself. Thankfully, I did not try, because I would not have succeeded. After Steve dissected things, it was not such an easy fix. The sun was shining, and I'm sure he would rather have been elsewhere on a Friday evening, but he took his time, did a great job, and did it with a smile on his face.
