A great place to learn and practice!. I am just a beginner, but having trained hard earlier in life I am always critical in my evaluation of places to workout. I liked that this Pilates studio had a variety of equipment and class options. They offer not only basic mat work and reformer, but also more advanced Pilates techniques, Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic workouts. I had two different instructors, Pam & Karen, go over the basics with me and they were both a well of information. I look forward to returning and getting into better shape.
