not that good.. will not go back :(. This salon may have been wonderful at one point since most of the reviews are not recent.. but my experience was not that great.. I would not go back.

My appointment was on Sunday at 11 AM and I showed up 5 min. early and waited a bit for the salon to open which was ok. The front desk person looked like she just rolled out of bed.. rough sat. night maybe?

The esthetician said that I was "very prompt" and she was not quite ready for me yet.. she was nice though.. her work was just ok..

When I paid and was getting ready to leave the front desk person made a rude gesture behind my back and thought I did not see it.. I didn't say anything..

I felt like b/c appt. was sunday morning they could not wait tor me to leave, and I felt totally unwelcomed.

for sure will never go back there.. sorry :(

"ira Todd Klein" loves this place. Find this spa best in United States vs any state ever been in and I have been to lots of spas all over world. I live in Japan most of year and who have the best and I find this spa on par.

Jeremy Todd - Top Hair Stylist. My hair has a slight tendency to curl and requires a skilled cut or I have a fly-a-way condition.

Jeremy exels in hair styling and because of his skills

I have been going to him for 22 years. Over that time I have found that Jeremy has an indepth knowledge of hair and hair products.which gives the customer the best possible results.

Napolitano Spa is Awesome. Loved it. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the décor and atmosphere relaxing and the services are awesome. I recently had a microdermabrasion facial and microcurrent treatment. I didn’t want to leave ~ I most definitely will be returning.

Microdermabrasion Rocks!!!. I have to write this review about the Microdermabrasion I got at Napolitano Eastlake last week.

I was really afraid I would walk out looking like I got a chemical peel, but it was NOTHING like that.

It didn't hurt OR make my face red and splotchy, instead it made my skin literally glow and was as soft as a babies butt... and that was after just one treatment! I had people commenting had good my skin looked all day.

I am going back for another one it was so good!

I have been told by other people who have the same microdermabrasion, but at other salons and were not happy with the results, so it must be Mary's gifted touch at Napolitano that made this a great experience... so go see her... but only if you want to look great!

Also... this is a full service salon and spa in a professional yet relaxed setting. Give this place a shot, you'll love it!

I may have a new addiction!!. Went here last week after a girlfriend of mine recommended it to me. I was a little skeptical at first sine I'm really not into the whole spa thing let alone having people I don't know touch me when I'm naked. I had the manicure, essential facial, and essential massage. They were all fantastic. I never knew I'd like this place so much. I have to say when I found out that my massage therapist was man, I was a little nervous. But he was very professional and symphathetic to my needs (Thanks Alex). All in all I felt very cared for and pampered by everyone.

Great pedi. I was a regular customer at the Queen Anne location until Eastlake opened and it's more convenient to me. The locations are really different vibes, and I like both of them. QA being more cosy and quirky, EL being more modern and spacious.

The essential spa pedicure is a special treat, with a lower leg scrub and massage in addition to callus removal, nail shaping, polishing, etc. The service starts with a foot soak in a shallow bowl, which I find very much preferrable and more hygienic compared to the weird tub/chair things you find in ohter salons. And because you get to recline for the pedicure in a bed, no matter what time of day it is I always seem to drift off to sleep because it's so relaxing. And then my nails always look gorgeous when it's all over and I have to return to the blahblahblah of the outside world.

i've never had a bad experience there, thanks to Lindsey.

Professional yet relaxed atmosphere. A low stress setting, folksy charm and a plethora of spa services at reasonable prices (less than Gene Juarez). Highly recommended.

Wonderful Salon! Have been going to the owner Mary for 18 years!!. As many of us know, our beauty is extremely important and that is why we want to make sure that we go some where that we trust. I have trusted one of the owners, Mary, for over 18 years with my beauty needs. I have gone to Salon Napolitano for hair, hair color, wax, manicures, pedicures, massages, and others treatments too. All of the services that I have received have been top notch and the people were professional and friendly as well. If you want to have a great day at the spa, or just a service here and there, this is the place to go!!!!!

Jeremy Todd & Nancy Meadows at Napolitano Easlake Spa: Part II (TWO) Review (continued from Part One). ******************Part Two of Review************************

(please be sure and read my part One: from user: cb381)

That is not to say that Jeremy Todd (Hair Stylist) and Nancy Meadows (aesthetician) have not done celebrity hair and skin- because they have. They are both much to humble and modest too boast themselves so please let me boast on their behalves! Besides, they are very professional and keep the confidentiality of all their clients, well, private. The only reason I know these things is because, well, to be honest, I overheard appointments being scheduled by their admnistrative staff as I was awaiting my turn. Of course I was not surprised given the caliber of work they do and their extreme talents. I know Jeremy has cut colored and styled, and Nancy has aestheticianized (is that even a word?) for ROYALTY from foreign countries, political global status dignitaries, high celebrity pop-stars, and yes, even high fashion designers have requested their expertise from time to time.

Seriously folks, they have made my hair silky, shiny, beautiful, my skin near perfect, and no matter how bad I look nowadays, all my friends say I look like a celebrity myself! Count your blessings these two are within your reach, and for the work they do AFFORDABLE. Believe me, what they charge is a STEAL for the caliber of sophisticated look you walk away with. Tell them what you want, and give them some leeway to work their magic- they are experts after all, and they will lead, guide, and realistically work with what you have to make you glamorous, sheek and sophisticated. (My apologies for the run on sentences BTW).

If you love yourself at all, don't let another day pass you by! And yes, they were even at one point I believe featured on Cosmo as one of the top in their field and best value. But don't take my word for it. Go- treat and see for yourself!
