Had a bad experience

I had a bad experience with this place. They have no respect for others time.

I took an appt and walked in at the right time. I was told to wait for 10 mins. I was sitting there for 45 minurtes waiting. After which I got up to leave and asked why did she give me an appt.

She replies - "I am running late, cant you see !".

If she was running late, wish she had told me that 45 minutes back and I wouldnt be waiting there.

Horrible attitude , no respect for customer time.

Best Hair Color Ever

I often go to the salon with my two young sons and can't concentrate enough to tell her what I want, or even know what I want her to do. But she knows what's best. She takes the time to look at my hair and skin and how I wear it and pick colors that work for me. I've seen her work on others before me, and they always look amazing when she's finished with them, too. I totally trust her.
