I have been going to Denise for years.. I have been going to Denise for years. I have had facials and waxing from many places during travels and no-one compares to Denise. Her spa is beautifully decorated, relaxing and convenient for me. The wax she uses doesn't leave any residue and she is very precise and thorough. Her facials put me in a trance like state of mind. I highly reccomend her.

Terrible experience. The customer service here is terrible. I bought two coupons from Living Social after reading some reviews on the place. First it's impossible to reach someone on the phone to make an appointment. When I finally did, all appointments were 2-3 weeks out. Since I had my coupons, I booked my appointment and waited.

On the day of the appointment there was some very light snow (not enough to cover the roads). Since there's a 48 hour cancellation policy, I decided to still drive from north Seattle to Kirkland (which took 40 mins each way due to 520 closures) and found out upon my arrival that they decided to close that day due to the snow (that didn't exist). Obviously I was quite frustrated that no one took a couple minutes out of their day to let me know they had decided to close, but was willing to move forward and work with them on finding another time slot. When I called, I didn't get an answer. Finally they called me back and informed me that there were no appointments before the expiration date (which was 2 weeks out) and that they would not honor the vouchers past the expiration date.

I have gone to a lot of spas for facials in the area, such as Pro Club, Source Salon, Gene Juarez, etc and to summarize it just felt as though the customer wasn't important to them. For this reason, I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

Exceeded my expectations.... Visited Essential Therapy Day Spa today for a facial with Denise. I had a wonderful experience! Thought I would treat myself during my pregnancy and everything from the service, the atmosphere and the products were wonderful. I would highly recommend it. Between the products and the way they use them, it made for a very luxurious experience. Prices are reasonable too...

Best facials and waxing ever!!!. Denise is awesome. Great job alway... Waxes last forever! Very relaxing setting... Even w a Brazilian. ;0)

Great treatment, great results!!!. I am in the middle of a series of chemical peels. I have really seen a change in my skin. Overall my skin is tighter and has a glow that I haven't seen in years. Also I was excited to see my sun spots fading and acne under control. Great servive, Great products. Thanks to Denise at Essential Therapy Day Spa for the treatment recommendation.

Best treatments ever!!!. I am new to the area and tried this place out for a couple of things. I had a Microdermabrasion done and it was the best I have ever had!! !!! Now this is a place that knows there stuff. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I got great advice on a treatment plan for anti-aging and products to support my goals. I also had a bikini wax with the strip free wax and it was less painfull. I am definately going back there and look forward to it!

Great massage! Great service, Great Spa!. I recently experienced a massage at Essential Therapy and it was amazing. I got a deep tissue from the therapist their and she did exactly what I asked for. She took out all the stiffness and tightness in my neck and shoulders. I golf alot and she knew exactly what to work on and how much attention each area needed. This therapist said she had almost ten years of experienced and I believe it because I am very picky when it comes to massages and she is fabulous. I will recommend everyone who likes great massages to Essential Therapy as they took great care of me and gave me a very relaxing massage. Next time I will try the Swedish massage. Thanks
