Charged credit card incorrect amount. Then would not correct or reimburse amount. I had to get credit card company to go after the charges. When service was cancelled, still called the day before to say they were coming. I told them that I had cancelled two weeks earlier. Response was terrible and would not correct their mistake once I was able to reach them after dozens of calls.
Pros: None
Cons: No response, incorrect charge on credit card and would not correct.

Signed a contract 9/25 for 9/27 move date. They cashed my check on 9/26 and didn't show up on 9/27. They will not return phone calls and only get voice mail on business phone and cell phone.
