This business advertises that once you have a confirmation number you're assured of that service. Not so. I confirmed for round trip from Seatac Airport to Pier 91, in a private vehicle. To Pier 91 was fine, from was another story. They apparently got a "better fee" from other customers and instead of my Escalade back to the airport I was forced onto a shuttle van, being made to haggle for the price in the Pier 91 parking lot. Unacceptable behavior from a supposedly professional outfit. If they can't stand by their guarantees what integrity do they have.
