Wow & Then some!. I shop alot, and i know when staff is paid to be kind and when they are the real deal. While shopping not only were these guys freindly but they know there stuff. I was shocked on my first visit, i thought this is stuff my grand dad would love, i can't leave without buying something for me each time.

Awesome Atmosphere!!!!. I love this frickin place!!!! Not at all what I expected. I had heard about Federal Army for years, but had never taken the time to go in, that was a mistake. I was almost overwhelmed by the amount of gear they carry. I mistakenly thought that all they carried was "surplus" government goods, clearly I was wrong. They are like the Bell Town REI, except that they are half the price. I was like a kid in a candy store, suddenly needing everything I saw, still trying to convince my wife I NEED the world war II Soviet pilot goggles....... Seriously, check it out, it is worth the time.

Not Just For Military Enthusiasts. The store is worth a browse. The decor is interesting and unique and plenty to captivate the eye.

I went in buying boots and the salesman was super friendly and knowledgeabl. Very helpful making sure I had a good fit and exactly what I wanted. I got a super good deal beacue the boots had a little scuff. If you don't mind it, ask for "factory seconds" when you buy boots.

They had many interesting and useful things, and looking around was an education in and of itself.
