A few things that need work..... This "deal" was misleading and the experience at Ajara unsatisfying. The so called 99 dollars for $230 worth of services was inaccurate. Total value was approximately $177 (30 for hair, 30 for facial, 47 for pedicure, and 70 for massage). Unclear how or where the $230 was calculated.

The massage was lovely and probably one of the best that I have received, the facial was good, but the hair treatment was a joke. Some spritzer and a scalp massage consitutes "deep conditioning?". The pedicurist was a very nice woman and we had a wonderful conversation. However, the pedicure was probably the sloppiest paint-job that I have ever received. In fact, the polish has already sloughed off after less than 24 hours. I think the nail-prep was not done properly or there was too much residual lotion that prevented the polish from adhering.

From a customer service standpoint, the 3 women were very nice. However, the flow of the client as well as the organization of the day should be called into question. When I was ready for the facial, I was asked 3 times what I was waiting for and waited about 25 minutes for the techinician to be notified. This delayed my appointment by at least 40 minutes. Then when I was sent to the pedicurist at 1505 (my appointent was at 1430 for 1 hour), she had already begun another client. She initiated by treatment close to 4pm and I was done by 5pm ....a whole hour and a half past the expected time of about 330pm which disrupted my plans for the rest of the afternoon.

I will not return to Ajara Spa and will suggest that my friends avoid it as well. Until they can improve on time management and be clearer in their "Spa Package Deals", this establishment does not seem like it is on a successful path.

Ajara Spa. What a great spa experience. I had a great massage - best I have ever had. The spa was beautiful and relaxing a really wonderful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional and they looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. Tucked away in Bellevue, this day spa was worth the time it took to find it and I will definitely be returning.

What a Disappointment!. My daughter planned a 3 hour massage, body wrap, etc for her and I at Ajara. She booked and pre-payed and we drove almost 2 hours on Sunday morning. We arrived and were handed paperwork to complete.. A short while later someone asked our names and told us we were not on the schedule. My daughter was stunned and explained that it had been pre-booked and paid. The employee bluntly stated all we can do is book for another time. We explained how far we came and that we just wanted a refund. She stated that she could not do that and my daughter would have to call the following day. There was no apology, we were treated very coldly. We would NEVER consider going back. They made a mistake, you would think they would have apologized profusely and offered an extra service. I felt so bad for my daughter.

Mixed Feelings. The massage by Kristina was amazing! She was spot on on the places I need extra work. It was very relaxing. On the other hand I had a facial, waxing and pedicure by Debbie and they were horrible. The worst facial I have ever had. Very sloppy, not relaxing, she wouldn't do extractions and she was kind of rude. The waxing was bad. She pulled it off slow, breaking the hairs off but not pulling them out. After my facial I went to the bathroom and noticed there was wax left all over my face and I had to ask for something to remove it. The pedicure was half assed. I could have paid $20 at a strip mall and got a better job! I won't be returning.

Best Reflexology ever!!!. I recently had a chance to experience Debbie's reflexology. It was AMAZING! After being offered a nice cup of tea in the waiting area, Debbie led me into a cozy room, lit with a single candle. It was very subtle but smelled really nice. Debbie soaked my tired feet in a bowl of warm water, and gave them a light stroking massage. Afterwards, she tucked me into a nice warm bed, making sure I was comfortable by adjusting bolster, pillow, etc. She was so caring! Then she offered me a warm eye pillow and after that, I'm afraid I don't remember much. Her hands felt so nice and I was in HEAVEN for the entire 1 hour. Background music was very relaxing, too.

I've had reflexology from other technicians, too, but Debbie's one of the best! I'd love to try her facial next time. I highly recommend Debbie and Ajara Spa!

Cozy, warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. You feel like you are at home!. Debbie did an awesome job on my daughters skin. She had several blemishes on Saturday, and she was really nervous. By the end of the night all of the redness had gone away, and all the blemishes are fading.

I am so happy with the results. Debbie and Ajara are amazing.
