Good Quality. I think the quality of work was good. My only complaint was with the amount of time it seemed that things were allowed to sit at both ends of the process - it added 2-3 weeks to what was already a long process.

Fantastic customer service. The customer service was fantastic! Glenn is an extremely helpful mechanic who is more then willing to explain car part functions and repairs, cost and benefits. And he's just a fun person to talk to:)

Confidence in their work. Excellent customer service and quality. The mechanics come out to the waiting area to talk with you and explain in detail what was wrong and what they did. This instills a lot of confidence in their work for me, the customer.

They are friendly. That E. A. A. R. doesn't charge high prices, they are friendly, they provided me a ride while my car was in repair.
