AVOID Eduardo's 4Seasons Pro Painting...VERY BAD JOB!!!!. Contacted Eduardo in March & his paperwork in order and seemed professional but when we wanted to start the painting the exterior or our house later in summer we checked again and found his license had been suspended.

He gave us some story about the site not being updated and assured us that but he took 3 or more weeks to show us his Insurance papers and .

He wanted us to pay him half the amount at the start and once we paid we found it hard to even get a hold of him over the phone.

he was very belligerent whole time (using abusive language and threatening us at one point) and handled the whole thing very unprofessionally and accused us of being difficult .They just painted the whole house over without finishing any of the prepwork Eduardo had agreed to complete and finally he showed up in a demanding to be paid. When we showed him the spots where the new paint was cracking/peeling and the areas where they hadn?t caulked and prepped well he said he wasn?t going to redo it and started yelling and swearing.

Basically he said that?s the amount and quality of work I will give for my price(which was pretty much thE average bid that all 6 contractors gave us) and finally refused to give any guarantee in writing.

pretty fed up with the bad attitude, swearing and unprofessionalism this guy has shown and for his mediocre quality of work.

We got three professional painters to give us a written assessment of his work and all three agreed that he'd done a bad job & he had compromised on a lot of the prep work and used minimum paint/primer & hadn't sanded/scraped off the old paint enough which was why the new paint over it was cracking and peeling just 4 days after he painted. We had a long talk with him and showed him the assessments and made him understand that this was just not acceptable.

I would not wish anyone to go thru what we are facing and I hope we get a decent job done after all this either by him if he co-operates or some one else.

Eduardo did not show up for our scheduled appointment!. I had an appointment for Eduardo to come paint a bedroom. After he was more than 20 minutes late, I called him and he said he was lost but had not brought my phone number with him so he could not call me. As I tried to give him directions, he said, "I have to go. I will call you back." He never called back and he never showed up. We had EVERYTHING moved out of the room in preparation for painting. Do not book 4 Seasons Pro Painting - there is nothing professional about them!
