Earthly Rituals - a personal spa

Sell more groupon and let them expire?. I bought groupon and was not able to make appointment from last year till today. When I call, I was always told she is busy and tell me to wait. The experiation date is Nov 2 andtoday is Oct 22. I was again told to wait on a waiting list, and told not likely to have time slot since there is only 1 person (herself)working in the spa.

I wonder if the groupon is not used, is she going to keep the money?…
