This has been my first big project for my home and to be quite honest, I was very nervous, worried, and apprehensive about the whole project. But everyone at CR Boger was very helpful and reassuring. From the salesman to the installers they did a great job. My windows are wonderful, and I gotta say, you guys done good.

If they cannot keep appointments why should you use them?

We called them for window installation. We needed an early time, due to early rising, for the appointment for a bid, our fourth. They called the day before to verify the time and date. 90 minutes after the appointment, we were in bed sleeping and left a note on the door that we were not hiring them. He still rang the doorbell, and called at a later time to say he was "not used to early appointments" then, because of the doorbell ringing, our pet woke us as we work very early. Sounds like not used to working hard for that customer service
UPDATED INFORMATION AS OF 3/18/2010: OWNER PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND SOLVED ALL OF THE SITUATION 100% I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT TO BE DONE BUT HE WAS GREAT AND DID THE CORRECT THING. HE AND HIS COMPANY DESERVE MY WHOLEHEARTED RECOMMENDATION., THANK YOU.

Lowest estimate of the five I received! Your installers were top notch. I have worked in the construction industry since 1975 and I know quality when I see it. The windows were Very Impressive!! Thanks guys
