La BoucherieThe Real Deal. Many of us are dedicated to finding people who are producingwinderful food, by hand, traditionally. The USA is packed with imported, polluted food, but Goerge has been doing exactly the opposite for years now. La Boucherie is part store, part restaurant (fully a restaurant at times) and 100% real. The food is mostly from Seabreeze (you've had their stuff at Lark), and all of the finest quality, and purest source. Amazing. This is food for meat eaters if you eat there, but there are usually handmade pastas, etc. Be prepared to spend a little time reveling in the way things ought to be, and are while you're here. P.S. if they have any eggs, buy them.
