Are you having a difficult time connecting with people or feeling connected to yourself? Are you angry or unhappy and not totally sure why? Are you frustrated with your relationship or people in your life? Most importantly, do you want it all to stop? I can help you address what may be making you feel that way and what you can do to feel better. I help people better understand themselves and reach their goals. I have a strengths-based approach; I focus on resiliency and growth. I help clients understand how their pasts have informed their present, so they can heal, grow, and enjoy their future. Many people struggle with relationship issues, be it with partners, friends or family. I help improve these relationships. While I am trained to work within a number of frameworks, I don't limit myself to one or two approaches. I evaluate what would best fit the individual and tailor my work.
