If we could all be as modern and beautiful as the design of this place, we wouldn't need to bother with fashion. Fortunately, we're not, giving us an excuse to shop at this new Capitol Hill boutique. What Totokaelo is: a collection of thoughtful fashion, in the form of both clothing and objects. Expect a well-edited display of both designer clothing and home furnishings gathered by ardent supporters of artists and designers with an independent flair. What Totokaelo is not: cheap. This place is a serious, but a very worthwhile splurge.
