I went here unsure of what the cost of repair was going to be for my car. I dropped my car off for diagnostics, they called me back a few hours later telling me I need my MAF intake replaced and gave me a quote ($322), the time frame it would take to finish and if I'd like to follow through with the repair. The quote was great, the time frame to be completed was about an hour, so I went through with the repair. I was extremely please with the outcome and it fixed an issue that Firestone and another repair shop couldn't find. Dependable Eastside Auto work. Actions speak louder than words, very few times i have seen this in automotive work, being honest is my experience with My Auto Pros work, I would HIGHLY recommend their work .
Trustworthy and Thorough.
The problem I find with most mechanics is that they usually try to feed you a line of bull betting on the fact that 90% of the population knows little or nothing about cars. I also find that they
tend to treat women differently than men again betting that women know less than men about cars.
This is not true when it comes to My Auto Pro. My wife and I have been taking all of our cars to them for a few years now and they always treat my wife and I with respect. They explain everything they are doing in detail and present us with different options to choose from. I never feel like they are just trying to make a buck. It seems like they want to get us back on the road at the lowest cost while keeping us and our children safe.
I'm happy that we've finally found a mechanic we can trust. I don't often find companies (especially mechanics) that I trust enough to recommend to other people. I recommend My Auto Pro to everyone I meet.…
A Mechanic You Can Trust!!. As a single woman, I'm always a little skeptical of taking my car to an auto shop - I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a THING about cars, and always wonder if I'm getting talked into something I don't really need. I was so glad to meet Travis and Renee of "My Auto Pro" at a Kirkland Chamber of Commerce event, and decided that I would take my car in to their shop when it was time for my next service appointment. I've now taken my car to them for 2 oil changes, and they have been great! Scheduling an appointment has been a breeze. Renee is so warm and welcoming when you arrive. And Travis is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, trustworthy! I also really appreciate being informed of exactly what's going to happen with my service ahead of time so there are no surprises when it comes time to settle up. Always available and reliable. I like taking my cars to a place where things are explained to me and I can get my car in fast. This is the place for that type of service.
