Rude Office especially Kelly. I was told on the phone to hold to provide insurance information. I waited over 5 minutes, and they hung up on me. I called back and informed Kelly in the office of my concern, but she rudely told me to look for another dentist. Kelly never apologized; she was rude and abruptly hung the phone on me while I was providing feedback about the service that I received. May Kelly receive the same service that she provided to me. Very rude!!

At the office of Kevin Lee, DDS, quality customer service is our most important priority. While it is never pleasant to receive feedback that falls short of that standard, we do appreciate that we are not exempt from receiving a negative consumer complaint. We are honored to have the opportunity to continue to serve our patients, both existing and new. We will continue to do so in a manner that places our patients care and concerns as priority one and are humbled by the remarks of exemplary customer service we have received by doing so.

superlative service. Dr Lee and his crack team are masters. I've had 4 crowns with the most minimal pain of any dentist yet and with invariably satisfying results.

Great dentist, office & staff. Dr. Lee & his staff made me feel welcome were very genuine. From the digital x-rays (less radiation) to sunglasses for my visit, everything was above my expectations. I thought I had been to good dentists before, but Dr. Lee's office proved me wrong. Glad I trusted the previous Citysearch & Google reviews when choosing a dentist.

Fast, friendly and great location!. I am a new patient at Dr. Lee's office. The office is conveniently located off I90 in Issaquah. Dr. Lee is super nice, gentle and FAST! The office staff are great. One of the best dentists I have seen - I'm definitely returning and referring friends and family.
