Seattle >Blue Fin Sushi & Seafood Buffet
VERY RARE SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. I love this place and visit them as often as I can. I like Sashimi without the rice and can leave full with a couple of martinis for less than 50. Price Service and Satisfaction is the Blue Fin. What a treat!
Less than meets the eye.
My son and I decided to try Blue Fin after seeing it on a trip to the Northgate Mall. I knew the lunch was $15 and thought dinner would be a little more, but was surprised at $29. It cost us over $68 for our dinner.
The food and the service were good, but no more than The China Buffet, which is half that, including tip, for the two of us.
go hungry!. Went for dinner on a Friday night with my 5 year-old. $28.99 for the adult and $7 for the child. I was impressed by the quality of food as well as the variety; it definitely is better than what you find at the run-of-the-mill chinese buffets. The selection was multi-national as well; Korean, Japanese, Chinese etc. The sushi selection looked very fresh and had good diversity. The two rolls I tried were tasty and fresh. I'm 6 mos. pregnant so I wasn't able to dive into the "real" sushi. My daughter loved the potstickers, crab legs, shrimp (honey walnut and plain), duck , chicken teriyaki and fried rice. The seafood stew was very fresh and abundant with seafood. There was a jelly fish salad that looked good, but I've never had jelly fish before and decided that being pregnant I didn't want to risk it. I was looking forward to a good wonton soup, but I didn't see any. Would I go back? Yes, although next time I'll go with a much bigger appetite. I didn't feel like I got my $29 bucks worth this time around. The service was ok, but I didn't expect much from a buffet place. They quickly take your dirty plates and filled the water, pretty much expected. Overall the restaurant was very clean and the food was well stocked.
What an Amazing Place!. Took clients there for dinner and not only was the service great, but the the food was incredible. I will not wait for clients to come in town to go eat there again, I may just become a regular!!!
Wow! Expensive!. We went to Blue Fin as a lark last night and won't be going back. Their prices are not prominently listed and although the buffet is expansive and for the most part, passable - the price of $26.50 per person was over the top. No thanks.
Finally a buffet with top notch food. I've never quite been a fan of buffets nor a huge sushi fan but blue fin blew me away. The food assortment was vast and everything tasted divine to both myself and the party I dined with. I tried several types of fish for the first time and navigated my way throughout the restaurant with assistance from their very friendly and attentive waitstaff. If u want fresh seafood accompanied by high quality service I highly recommend blue fin
WOW what a great place and the food is so fresh!!.
I don't usually go to buffet places as my past experiances have ranged from bad to just average food quality.
BUT I have changed my mind after going here!
WOW!! Fresh, delicious food and great service!
HUGE variety of food and I will go back when I am in town again with lots of friends in tow to turn them on to such a great place!!
Best buffet. I was really impressed with the varieties of food. King Crabs, Udon, and my favorite......clams.....they were really fresh!!! Oh almost forgot the prawns.........Chinese style, Japanese style, American style.......they were all there.
Good price for Sushi. I'm bias when it comes to buffet food and normally don't eat there. I got dragged there by some friends and surprisingly my experience was much better than I thought it would be. They have quite a few varieties to choose from, great services, and eye-candy waiters. I'll definitely come back there again.
Good Asian Buffet. Bluefin provides good service along with a variety of Asian cuisines to choose from. From fried sushi to honey walnut prawns, you'll find dishes to please everyone. There's also a good selection of desserts for the people with a sweet tooth. I personally enjoyed eating the sashimi.
