Great products, lovely atmosphere, fantastic service. All of the Julep Spas are fantastic. You can't go wrong. The products are very nice, the staff is friendly, and they make the entire experience extra special. (If you're planning a celebration, you can ask about bringing in your own food and drinks!)

Parking at the University and Gig Harbor locations is really nice.

Join the membership club; you won't regret it!

Perfect place to bring my mom. This is the only nail salon you can go to if you are going through chemo and are trying to avoid germs and infections. Plus all of the staff are so friendly - not the regular stand-offish spa experience. I'm hooked on the "Fab for 14" manicures - they are healthy AND they last forever - more than 14 days for me.

Don't waste your time here. Go to Gene Juarez. recently visited Seattle for business, I do this every 2-3 months, and I came to Julep nail parlor on 5th Ave with a client of mine. Not only was our pedicure outrageously expensive, it was also not up to par at all. The nail techs were polite and pleasant, however the service was decent. I paid the extra $12 for myself and my client for the "extra massage", which neither or us received. Not to mention our "massage" lasted a total of maybe 5 minutes together for both legs. Wow! $86 dollars for a pedicure? WOW!!!!!!!!!! I should have just stuck to going to Gene Juarez were their pedicures are not only less expensive, but also a lot more professional, relaxing, and worth my money and review.
