I contacted Mike to demo and excavate for a new construction project. We made an appointment to meet at the property to go over the plans. He never showed, called or e-mailed back.

We had our 1920 Greenlake house lifted to replace a failing foundation and do an addition/remodelling. Swope did the excavation, tear out, new foundation, basement slab w/color, retaining walls, drainage, tightlines, water line and sidewalk.
Fantastic job at a great price--I can't say enough.
Michael is smart, clearly enjoys the work, does a great job, and has a great team. He works hard, goes above and beyond to deliver a great product and was transparent and fair with changes.

Mike from Swope Excavation knocked out and replaced my old driveway for a great price for great work and with great professionalism. I highly recommend him for any excavation, demolition, or foundation work you need done.
