Swope Excavation & Construction LLC

HIRE THIS GUY!. I have now hired Mike from Swope Excavation for two jobs. I hired him last summer to redo my driveway and a patio for my backyard. His price was right, he showed up on time, and his work was exceptional. My patio is 900 sf and absolutely beautiful. The center is acid washed and the exterior is aggregate. I could not have asked for a better more usable patio. When my sewer line backed up last month and I needed someone to help, I called Mike first. I wasn't even sure if he did this kind of work. His price seemed reasonable, and because I knew the kind of service he provides, I went with him. When the city inspector came out, I was surprised to hear that he did things that we did not discuss. He went above and beyond with the installation of the new sewer line which made the inspection quick and the next thing I knew, we were back up and running. I would recommend these guys to anybody. smart, great work, right price, joy to work with. We had our 1920 Greenlake house lifted to replace a failing foundation and do an addition/remodelling. Swope did the excavation, tear out, new foundation, basement slab w/color, retaining walls, drainage, tightlines, water line and sidewalk.
