DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!!! If you dont 'buy up' then you get VERY minimal sevice!

I purchased a GROUPON and its the first time after hundreds of Groupons I felt SCAMMED. I choose to use the Hair removal on my Bikini Line...I explained to them that I had it done previously, and had only a few hairs near MY bikini line and thats what I wanted done. I felt so SCAMMED, like you get nothing for the $150 unless you UPGRADE your package. I wasnt asking for more area to done, I wasnt trying to get anything for free, I was just asking that she NOT do my darn leg, and please use that 2 inch, 5 zaps, area in a higher spot.

Very disappointed!!. I bought a package for six facial treatments, no one info me the package will expired within a year. I have business oversea and I travel a lot. When I tried to make an appointment for the fifth visit, the manager Teresa told me my package is expired, she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her how can I didn't know the expiration date, she didn't give me any paper work or fine print to notice, instead, she said that I should knew that. So, they didn’t let me do my last two treatments. I will not going there again for sure!

Didn't do what I wanted them to. I bought the Groupon because based on how much I pay for a bikini wax it was a good deal. The technicians were very nice and professional.

My complaint - I wanted a very specific area in the bikini region done. I'm not the hairiest person so to try and remove hair from part of that region is unnecessary. But the technician at Lotus was very specific on what they will and will not do. I was very disappointed and complained that they were using the laser too far onto my leg and rather than do that area could they please do this inch instead. So I asked for an inch to the right rather than the left and they wouldn't do it unless I paid for money. I've just wasted my money and will still need bikini waxes.

Quality experience from start to finish. Staff at Lotus Laser & Spa are friendly, knowledgable, professionals. The facility is CLEAN and comfortable. My results (hair removal) far exceeded my expectations, and, I highly recommend them!

Speedy Service. I've found Lotus laser and spa to be quick, efficient and succesful at what they promised to deliver on! Time is critical to me since I've got two small children and work FT. They've been able to get me in on a Saturday morning almost every visit and I swear most of my time is spent driving to the appointment! I've never waited more than five mins to get in and Heather is very quick doing the laser. I found Lotus through a groupon and feel like they are a little hidden gem - tucked away in an older complex. The inside of their facility is great though - modern and clean! Enjoy ladies! Don't go another year worrying about shaving your under arms as we near tank top season.

more expensive but effective. I have only had two treatment for a brazilian and have already seen results. I feel like the technician gets every square inch! It feels like a warm sensation but does not hurt. It does cost more then other places but I would rather get results than have it be cheaper and need twice as many treatments!

Glad I choose Lotus Laser & Spa over all the others!. I, like the last reviewer, can't believe that we are all reviewing the same spa! I have NEVER experienced any of the negatives that were spoken of in those reviews. In fact just the opposite! The staff at Lotus was just great! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I did a lot of research on laser hair removal, with local companies and types of lasers, before I began my treatments and Lotus stood out as one of the only companies using the latest technology but also the most affordable! I would have no issue telling anyone to go to Lotus Laser & Spa. I have had really great results and I am only 2 sessions in! My only regret is not starting earlier.

Excellent Experience. I'm shocked by the reviews here! These can't possibly be actual clients. Everytime I've come in I've enjoyed the experience. They've provided me all the information I needed to make informed decisions - even when that meant not purchasing a product. I have NEVER, EVER felt pressured. In fact, the first set of treatments were performed without purchasing a package and still at a very reasonable price. I had only intended to come in for a bikini laser, but since then I have come back for my underarms, legs and even tried botox. I love the results and so does my husband! I feel so comfortable here that it's worth dealing with 520 bridge traffic to come from Seattle.

She does recommend purchasing a package of 6, but if you talk with her you'll discover it's because of the hair growth cycle and she doesn't want you to make an investment without the full results. If you research laser removal elsewhere, you'll hear the same suggestion for six treatments.

Rude owner bait and switch tactics. Owner does not honor advertisements (lists a prices and when you get there tells you that you need to lock the price in by purchasing a package of at least 5 treatments). When I asked her about why she thought she could advertise one price and insist on another, She said "thats just an ad, I don't have to put all the information in it". She did not mention the "package" when I called to make the appointment and discussed the specifics of the price with her either.

She did honor the price for the first time and then attempted to pressure me every single time into purchasing a package. Finally telling me that she was increasing the individual treatment by 50%. if I didn't "lock" down the price.

Another really poor experience was that she actually gossiped about another customer while I was sitting in the waiting room. While she did lower her voice, I could hear, and didn't doubt that I would be talked about later.

On another occasion she just "lost" one of my appointments. I am fairly certain it is because she just wanted me to move it to another time for her convienence.

The owner is rude unless you buy the package and continue buying other services. As per the other poster, 6 treatments didn't work for me either, but I expect that different people have different results and do not blame them for that. I would not go back and would not recommend this place because of the poor customer service. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by a business. I have also never bothered to post a review before, but this experience was that bad.

Disappointed after treatment package. I just got done with my hair removal laser treatment from them and it doesnt look like it made much of a difference on the hair growth. I did 6 treatments on my face and every time I went, i left with a burning sensation and it took over a week just for the scabs to disappear. When I complained, they said it was normal. (which it isnt after I asked other laser professionals). Also, when I bought my package, the owner was very nice and sold me 6 treatments and told me that I was more than welcome to come back any time if I needed more than 6 and they would be complimentary if I paid upfront. Right after all 6 were done, I called back asking if I could get some touch-ups since the hair was still growing back and told me that I would be charged full price for each treatment unless I bought another package of at least 3. I asked her if she could offer me a discount since I had already spent so much money and she responded very rudely and told me and that I have to pay full price. I thought it was ridiculous and havent contacted them since. The ladies that work there are very nice and polite but the owner is the one that sells all services and makes the decisions. I feel like I got duped into buying the package by being offered follow-ups but got nothing.
