Shotty work and terrible customer service.

They weren't the cheapest quote nor the highest. Richard gave a great sales pitch and was quite attentive when deciding on which contractor to do our roof. Once they received the check, all the calls went straight to voicemail and they only replied when it was convienent for them. Their actual work crew that does the work consists of non-english speaking workers that do not deal with anyone but their main office. A year later a leak developed in our skylights and of course they blame the skylight and not their workmanship. It took Evan a week of aggressively chasing him down before they even sent out with a pre-made letter of apology and gift card (lame). He left with no resolution and no plan on fixing our leak problem.

Save your money and go with someone else. Not worth your trouble to save a buck with these guys.

• Pros: Job done quickly - normally 1-2 days
• Cons: Pricey and no follow-up once they receive payment
