HORRIBLE wax service. spent too much time searching for parking and the older blonde esthetician was rude and removed hair and skin!

I would like to express our sincere apology for your "horrible wax". We strive to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction to all of our clients. In order to rectify the situation, I would ask that you provide us with some essential information about your appointment, if you were in fact, here for a service. We make it a point to try and tell all of our clients to leave extra time for parking, as you would know, Alki can be a busy place in the summer. Our clients rave about our calming wax, and say the results of our waxing services are unlike elsewhere.
Please contact us, we would like the chance to apologize face to face and make things right for you. Your next spa service of your choice is on us! I would like to assume that this complaint is honest, and if so, you will allow us to do everything we can to make it up to you. Look forward to hearing from you.

great for guys too. The place is really nice and well lit with lots of natural sun light. Very comfortable, and Trudy is great. Will be going back.

Great place for a relaxing facial.
I've had facials in the past but the atmosphere was nowhere near as relaxing as it is at Envy on Alki.
At Envy, Trudi knows when I feel like talking, or if I just want to lie there, relax and enjoy the facial. Employees at other spas sometimes just don't seem to have a clue and they talk the whole time during the facial, or they're the opposite and don't say a word at all.
The other thing that was nice...is that Trudi has a very calm, relaxing voice..that makes a huge difference when you just want to relax and enjoy your facial.
It was nice that I was able to get an appointment when it was convenient for me and I also didn't feel like i was being rushed out the door when we were finished.
I would highly recommend Envy to my friends and family. It was a great experience!
