Bad service!!!. My husband and I have been to Thai Rhapsody several times, only because the food is pretty good. However, the service less desirable and seems to be worse with every experience. There's no excuse for bad service and we will definitely not be going back!

Very Disappointed. Although my husband and I were seated right away, our service from that point went downhill. We ordered our beverages along with appetizer of chicken satay. When we ordered our meals we had a choice between 1-5 stars. When trying out new places my husband and I tend to go in the middle but make sure they have a spice tray with sauces (like Noppakko does, formerly Andaman). Our meal arrived, no appetizer, no sauce tray, no utensils let alone chop sticks. After trying to get the waitresses attention, I had to get up, look for chopsticks so we could eat our meal HOT, ask for the sauce tray and inquire about the chicken satay appetizer. We always order chicken satay at Thai Restaurants which to me is a good indication how the food is going to be, the peanut sauce, quality of meat etc. Without coming right out and saying there was a mistake, the waitress (now not our original one who we never did then see ever again) explained that chicken satay takes a long time. I don't know whether they had to butcher the chicken first but come on.

Basically my husband and I were very disappointed with the quality of the meal and especially the service, no apologies were even given. Next time i won't read reviews and go with the staid and true....Noppakao and Thai Bistro ALL THE WAY!!!!

Best Thai food - great service!!. It starts off with outstanding service, and gets better from there! We love Thai food, and feel like we have found our new favorite Thai restaurant, and perhaps our new favorite restaurant! We went twice in three days! The service was excellent. The staff was kind, gracious, and attentive. The Tom Kah soup is amazingly delicious. The pud thai was superb. The Thai fried rice was moist and delectable. The (mini) crispy spring rolls were fantastic. The mixed drinks were yummy. The atmosphere is very nice, plus, they're open late. Definitely give this gem a try!
