Although the chiropractic treatment I received was fine, I experienced billing problems that they absolutely refuse to address. Not all the payments I made were reflected in my written statements & I ending up double-paying. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund & all I get is the runaround. The people at the chiropractic office know nothing; they say to take it up with Alexander Enterprises, who handles the billing. But their address is the same as the Planet Chiropractic! And Alexander Ent. say to take it up with the chiropractor, who no longer works at that office. I have no contact info for the chiropractor. It's been too long to dispute the credit card payment, so it looks like they will just keep my money. Front desk staff? Well, I've seen worse. But the last time I was there, two young ladies sat behind the desk & completely ignored me while I signed in on the clipboard & sat down. They did not even look up. Whoever trains them does not have a clue.

I'm glad I gave this a try.. Don't keep putting it off...oh my aching body... trying to mask the pain like I did, just doesn't work either. After reading about Planet Chiropractic on the internet, I made an appointment. The kids mom called and got me in even sooner. I was glad she did. I was having terrible pain and my mood swings with other medical problems were increasing. Honestly it was not easy to get up or go to work everyday. After a short seminar and consult with the Dr, I found out why I was feeling the pain, just about everywhere, and I was gaining more stress than my body could handle. I accepted the Dr's plan for my and now I get up, work, and be more myself. I even joe around some. I feel I can exercise, while my stress level is going down, each time I have a treatment. The treatment time is reasonable and the results of oxygen therapy and all the fixins has helped right away. I'm glad I gave this a try. I don't need to mask my pain, just fixed it with Planet Chiropractic! Thanks!

Money well spent.. I had migraine headaches for 15 years. Total destruction of quality of life. Now I'm pretty much headache free. Money well spent. Sorry I spent so many years with traditional medicine.

The staff is very friendly and caring.. I came in with sever neuropathy in my feet and lower back pain. I would rate my discomfort at that time as 8 to 9 out of 10. The treatment has been very successful to date. My discomfort level as of today is 1 out of 10. I feel that I'm at least 90% better. The staff is very friendly and caring.

Top notch, everyone here is great.. I had fibro for 12 years. Slight annoyance most days, didn't slow me much. Night it came on fast, in and out very tired, sore. Shut me down. I've made considerable progress. I think I will improve more with exercise, a few tune ups with Dr. McCormick. My body feeling better has really changed my attitude and mood. Top notch, everyone here is great.

Having completed decompression. After several months of physical therapy, after which the pain and stiffness always returned. I entered the spinal decompression program in early 2007. Having been diagnosed with double, bulging, herniated discs, I was given only 20% chance of success. Having completed decompression and being pain free for the past 4 YEARS, I highly recommend anyone with back problems look into decompression at Mill Creek Decompression Center.

The doctors and staff are helpful, always with a smile and listen to what is going on in your life and body. Buyer Beware. My experience was entirely negative. I felt like I was put through a cookie cutter - a "one size fits all" - with no personalization of my care. I had a serious reaction to my treatment, called in with a question, was assured I'd get a response from the doctor by end of day. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone in the office.

The office uses a high pressure sell and requires an exorbitant payment up front. Buyer beware! This group only wants your money.

Top notch staff!. Top notch staff! I had been dealing with constant pain in my lower back due to slipped discs and pinched nerve, with numbness in the left leg. I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes, could not play with my young son. I had to medicate myself to be able to move. Now my left leg numbness is gone, no longer medicated. Daily activities once again are manageable and doable.

The doctors have an excellent bedside manner. For the past 12+ years, I was having debilitating migraines 2-4 times per month, lasting 24-48 hours each. They interfered with work, family get togethers, vacations, interrupted sleep, etc. After treatment, I've had only a few minor headaches that lasted 2-3 hours each, but have only had 1 true migraine in the last 6 weeks. It was very intense, only lasted 10 hours, so still a great improvement. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and I have always felt well-treated and respected. The doctors have an excellent bedside manner and take the time to ask questions and listen to the answers. They also are very careful to address any concerns or issues I am dealing with.
