Definitely Recomend This Salon. When I placed my call to make the appointment the receptionist was very helpful. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. The services were amazing. I had my nails done, hair done and a massage. the massage was the best I've ever had! I would definitely recomend this salon/spa to anyone. Thanks Ladies!

Take Your Money Somewhere With Better Service. I have mixed feelings about this place, I've been there twice and on each occasion I've gotten this feeling of "our time is more important than yours" from some of the people that work there. Last time I went, I made an appointment for my me and my sister in law two weeks in advance. Our mani/pedi went great, but when it came to getting the nail art done, the girl who was supposed to do it decided to walk around doing absolutely nothing and waste our time. We waited over 30 minutes for her to get one of us in, and during that time, two employees went on separate occasions to remind her. She never apologized for the wait, and when she came up to us, she acted as if she didn't know we were getting the art done. Well, that's ridiculous, as the appointment was set ahead of time and while we were there she was reminded. I believe she acted like this mainly because she's the only one that did the art and new she could get away with it. Well, my sister in law got her nails done (it was for her bridal shower two days later), but I skipped, as we were already a half an hour behind schedule. This girl just acted like she owned the place and could waste our time - forget that!

In addition to that situation, the first time I went, the owner allowed 4 or 5 people to walk in and get their nails done on the spot, even though my cousin and I had an appointment set. Well, that resulted in me waiting almost two hours for my cousin to finish up her appointment, as they weren't able to get us out of there as quickly since they took in the other people. GREEDY!

If I were you, I'd take my money somewhere with better service. This place acts like they are too good for your business.

Awesome affordable salon/spa. I love this salon/spa! I go there for pedicures, waxings, and hair; I also have a massage appointment coming up. Katie does really good waxing, eyebrow and bikini, and takes the extra time to get you looking good and cleaned up. It is so clean and bright in there, the ladies are so nice and will chat w/ you; I don't like it when the ladies doing pedicures just speak to each other in their language. The customers are all buzzing w/ each other, too, kind of a nice community feel. They sell cute purses and jewelery at counter, and high end skin products. And they run great deals for holidays. Besides, the rates are affordable.
