If you know what you want, the convenience can't be beat. If you actually want customer service, I wouldn't waste your time. Plus they never have the things I want in stock.

not the brightest employees I've ever met. if you need help, try the Mac Store in U District or go to an Apple Store. otherwise, good place to grab what you know you need without crowds

They have an iPhone 4 case that has a bottle opener on it. How cool is that!

Employees are rude and it's NOT technically an Apple store.
