This service was a tough pill to swallow due to the inherent cost of the timing belt service: $1200 +. We knew that going in and we also knew that the ethics and customer service offered by AA Euro in Redmond are impeccable. They always go out of their way to accommodate the customer: Good coffee, clean and comfortable wait area and rest rooms, complementary wash and vacuum for the car - they KNOW that my car always drives better when it's clean. We trust these folks. Plus the staff are clearly head and shoulders above their competition.

I have a 1988 Mazda 323 with 307,000 miles on it. I really like the car, and I will drive it till it won't go any more. That may be quite a while, because I take it to AA Auto Service Center for everything from engine to suspension. I appreciate their friendly service, their accurate quotes, and their on-time professionalism.

They were able to diagnose and fix a problem after the car had been taken to 2 dealers and a mechanic that offered no solution. They found the problem very quickly. Extremely timely, polite and up-front compared to others.

Communication with AA Auto is always tops. Chris called a couple of times to give me updates and verification of service. The car is now running much smoother after the tune up.

I was however disappointed when I got into the car and not have it vacuumed, it is a service that I have always looked forward to from AA Auto. Funny something so small as that means a lot. An appreciative Customer

AA Auto fixed problems caused by others. I made the mistake of taking my car to Jiffy Lube for an Oil change. JL used improper gaskets on drain plug and filter. Car started leaking oil the day after the JL service. Took it back to JL and they claimed there was no problem and the leaking was just residual oil left in the undercarriage they forgot to wiper off. LIE!! Car still leaked oil. Took it to AA Auto. They replaced the improper gaskets installed by JL. No more Oil leak! Should have taking my car to AA Auto in the first place.
