Sound Ford was not able to honor their agreement they made when I brought in my Mustang for a trade-down into a Focus, because their finance department did not get the approval in advance. I drove home my Focus but had to bring it back a week later, and they had to unprep my Mustang for resale, because it turns out it is easier to finance a $30,000 car than a $12,000 one. I thought it fair and impartial for everyone to know how they do business, and spot deliveries don't work unless your credit report reads like a love letter. If you strip out all the negative emotions I have about this place, it does not make financial sense to buy a car here, nor does it in the slightest way make the car buying experience even remotely enjoyable. There is definitely a trend with the Ford company as a whole and undesirable customer treatment when the trade-in is worth more than the car being bought.

Deceptive, fraudulent, bait-and-switch Ford Dealers, Seattle, liars, apathetic, rude Ford Dealers, hate Ford, spot delivery, lender left blank, open, predatory lenders, Seattle.

Now that my FICO is a very respectable 722, and the inquiries (hard pulls) these clowns put on my credit report are GONE, I have the upper hand. Now It's MY turn to call the shots. And I will remember the injustice done to me by Bill Pierre Ford, Sound Ford and Evergreen Ford, not to mention the outrageous insults by Pierre Money Mart, and I will shift my buying power to another car manufacturer. When I have been flat-out lied to and my dreams shattered, I have a very hard time letting it go. Since Ford does not seem to care one way or another, I won't buy Fords any more.

The staff was extremely helpful. After our Sable was in an accident, we took it into Sound Ford for repair. They did an excellent job - I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

The staff was extremely helpful when we were to go out of town for the weekend and they didn't think they were going to have our car done on time. That was a little frustrating since we had a rental and I didn't want to have it all weekend just because they couldn't get our car done by 3pm. Rather than giving us the run around, they did get it fixed on time and in working order. I was very thankful for them to go the extra mile for us.

They also took care of all the insurance paperwork and made things very easy on us since the accident wasn't our fault. I am very impressed with their business practices and thank them for the wonderful job they did.

Great Car Company. First I will say that I live out of state and found Sound Ford on the Internet so most of my communication was done over the phone and/or by email. Since the price I negotiated was very good I was concerned I would be faced with a bait and switch routine once I arrived. Not so! To my surprise the vehicle was as described and the terms of the deal were not altered in any way. I found the staff to be friendly, not pushy and overall my new car buying experience was pleasant. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and the financing I wanted. It's all good in my book.

Great Business, Great People. I recently went to sound ford to get my 2009 mustang GT worked on because i had a door ding and the service was great and price was even better. great job looked great and took shorter then originally thought. tracy was a great help and was very very knowlegable.

Thanks guys you saved my familys vacation !. My family and I were traveling in our Excursion Diesel when all of a sudden out of nowhere it chugged a couple times and died. We had our vehicle towed to Sound Ford late that night well after 9pm. To our surprise the service department was open and they had a diesel mechanic on duty. The kids were able to watch t.v. in the lounge while the truck was being repaired. Not only did they repair our vehicle that night but they did some additional maintenance that drastically increased our fuel economy. Thanks guys you saved my familys vacation !

Couldn't be happier!!. New Ford Focus 09' Great company Great Service! Would highly recommend them. Marcus in sales was easy to work with. A real straight shooter. No games. Couldn't be happier!!

These guys were great.. These guys were great. Jose was the salesman and Dominic was the finance manager. They were polite, helpful and easy to work with. I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. I couldn't find a cheaper one on autotrader within 500 miles. I didn't trade a vehicle in and I got my car for $600 LESS than private party value and $2600 LESS than retail value.

Give them a shot.. So, at first after reading a few of these reivews I REALLY did not want to stop here first. They had a 2007 Lincoln Town Car online it was listed at about $2000 lower than everybody else within 400 miles on auto trader. I went in, I saw the car, it was nice, clean, just as described on the internet, they even gave me a free carfax when I asked for it. The salesman I dealt with was Nabu. He was definitly a busy guy there because other people kept showing up asking for him, but he took the time to show me the car, and HE EVEN HAND WASHED IT HIMSELF FOR ME after finding out the detailer had went home for the night. I have bought many vehicles before but the finance manager Dominic was by far the fastest, 10 minutes in the finance office and I was out of there. I dont know why all these people on here had such a hard time, but I went in, bought my car, and left in less than an hour and a half, they treated me like gold, and I am happy with my purchase. Give them a shot.

Even stayed open late to wait for me to arrive.. I bought my car from Sound Ford and the sales staff did everything they could to make it a quick easy deal. I got a great deal, they had great service, even stayed open late to wait for me to arrive.
