No taps for this beer bar - everything is bottled, constantly rotating with the freshest brews, featuring local and international fermented delicacies. The food is meant to coat your stomach - consumption of anything here is in massive portions!
Kick. Ass. Pickles. You need more? The sammies here are top-notch as well. I've tried turkey and roast beef, both were delish - the rolls they use are gooooooooooood. Highly recommended.
Great place for a sandwich and beer.
"Kiss Café" is a little misleading—the vibe inside is more like college-y sports bar than whatever cutesy imagery the name brings to mind.
Whatever the case, there's nothing misleading about the menu. I got the Turkey Hangover—that's a turkey/cream cheese/sprouts/cranberry sauce sandwich—and a Rainier beer for about $10 and was knocked completely over. *Easily* one of the best sandwich places in Ballard, if not greater Seattle.
They offer 100 beers that rotate in-and-out each month and they'll bring you a jar of pickles as part of your meal (WIN!).
