Completely smashed my iPhone 4S screen. They not only took the time to carefully replace my screen but took my phone in without an appointment and waived the "rush" fee!!! It was a thoroughly enjoyable repair from beginning to end!

It is a good place ONLY if you are willing to pay $300 in repair for something that would probably cost $100 somewhere else. Also the best place in Seattle to get your devices repaired by local high schoolers.

The guys at Ebits have taken good care of my computer over the years, keeping it running at an optimal level, removing viruses, and giving me great deals on new hardware and batteries when mine quit. I will continue to go to Ebits for help with my computer needs.

THE BEST PC REPAIR SHOP!. This is the best PC repair and iPhone repair shop in the greater Seattle area. I love this place, they've saved me over 250$ over the course of the two times that I have been there and I have yet to find another place around Seattle that has the customer service like Ebits does. I am from the Tukwila area which is swarmed with pc repair shops closer to Southcenter and NONE of them compare to this place. The people are nice, the service is great, and I will be a returning customer for awhile! Highly recommended. Oh, also, they're incredibly speedy!

Highly Recommended for any Computer or iphone issue. The service was great. A representative kept me updated as to what the problem was with my computer (it had stopped charging) and what the next step in fixing it would be. They got it fixed pretty quickly and stayed open a little after closing time so I could pick it up the day/night it was done. And when I got there, they had me test it out just to make sure everything was working well. They did great!

Great job and great people!!!. I am a very happy repeat customer of EBits PC Laptop! They offered me prompt, professional, and extraordinarily kind service at my last visit a couple weeks ago.

I killed my flash drive and needed immediate file recovery--I am a new college instructor, and the files on my flash drive represent countless hours of preparation for my class this quarter. In a panic, I visited EBits at their U-District location and learned that they would run a diagnostic ($50), then start recovery if that was possible. I told Jesper that the final cost of recovery would determine my ability to OK the recovery process, but decided to run the diagnostic anyway. A couple days later, I was overjoyed to hear that my data could be recovered, and decided to pay for the recovery. When I arrived to pick up the DVD containing all my precious files, imagine my surprise when Jesper offered me a substantial discount. He told me that he knew I had been worried about the final cost, so gave me a very generous break on the price of data recovery. I am very appreciative of a job well done and his thoughtfulness, and highly recommend EBits for outstanding service. Thank you so much to Jesper and his crew at EBits for recovering my data!

Your computer will be in good hands. When one of my 4 kids broke my laptop screen I immediately went to Ebits in the University District to see what could be done. I was applying for jobs and needed a computer, so Jesper was good enough to loan me a laptop and put a rush on mine at no extra cost so that I could keep on track with my applications. When I got my computer back I wasn't satisfied with the screen quality after using it for a couple of days, so I brought it back and Jesper replaced the screen with a brand new one for no extra charge. I was so pleased I brought in another laptop that had been unusable for about a year and the team at Ebits fixed it up nice and new and were able to retrieve many lost pictures and memories from the damaged hard drive. They spent many hours to go above and beyond to try to retrieve some special pictures for my father's 90th birthday party. Thanks to the crew at Ebits.

DEDICATED COMPUTER SUPPORT. Dropped off my laptop with an intermittent shut down problems. Jesper and his staff worked for hours with the manufacturer to isolate a defective mother board. They shipped it and retested to confirm the problem was really resolved once and for all for such a reasonable cost, They saved me the time, energy and headaches of trying to remotely fix a computer via the phone or on-line. Thank you.

You won't go wrong with eBits. You won’t go wrong with eBits. The manager and technicians are uniformly courteous, capable, and trustworthy. I asked eBits to help me with serious problems I was having with two laptops: one computer was shutting itself down about every 15 minutes, and the other had slowed to a standstill. The eBits folks fixed the problems promptly, for a relatively modest fee. A few days later, after I had inadvertently deleted a driver on one of the computers, I went back to again ask for help. The manager remembered my name and offered to fix the new problem for no charge. Give them a try.

Great PC and Laptop Service. The folks at Ebits saved my bacon by helping me recover the data on a crashed external hard drive that had all sorts of family photos and music files. Not only were they competitively priced, their customer service was excellent. Hard drive recovery, it turns out, can be a labor-intensive process and they kept me regularly informed about their progress and provided me options about the impact certain choices would have on final cost. This level of service alone sets them apart from other PC and laptop repair places and I would recommend them highly.
