WONT BE GOING HERE!!.
This is a HORRIBLE place for groups! For one you can not make reservations. I had called earlier in the week and told them I had a party of 20 for Saturday night. The woman on the phone said that they do not take reservations and we would have to have someone from our party show up early. So I said well for a Saturday night is and hour early good? She said that is no problem. So to my surprise I get there at 6pm on Saturday and ask how long the wait is for a party of 20 and you know what they tell me????? 3 and 1/2 hours!!! They would not even seat us until 9:30pm!!!! So I looked at her and asked "So you are saying that you will seat us at 9:30 and then have us eat and be done by closing time at 11????" She looked at me with a straight face and said "Yes Ma am"!! There was another woman there talking to the manager about how they need to take reservations for groups that big and It was a disaster! A woman next to me asked how long the wait was for 3 people and they told her about an hour!! The food can't be that good!!!
So we went to Jimmy Maks in Renton and they sat us in 25 min and were AMAZING!! I highly recommend them and suggest that the Cheesecake Factory take notes!!
Scrumptious. We've eaten (my wife and I) at many, many different types of resteraunt's that serve different types of ethnic foods and we just have to say that, on that day, The Cheesecake Factory in Tukwila, was absolutely "Scrumptious". We weren't too hungry, but just hungry enough to know we had to get something to eat since we weren't too sure what time we were gonna be eating dinner. The servers were right on cue and knowledgeable of everything on the menu and gave great recommendations. The Chef (Joshua) even came to our table to see if EVERYTHING was ok. In fact, everything was GREAT, the service and the food.
incredible. I love going here for one, the many choices of incredible cheesecake, and for 2, the menu's made to fit just about anyone's tastes. I'm a big fan of their avacado eggrolls and the sauce is delectible! i've never met a person who didn't like them. The past couple times I've been there I've had a problem with losing my server while they're going on a break to getting one who I only see again when the bill comes. Kind of thinking they need to work on how they do their breaks, or just change the hours they're having people work so the customer's don't suffer missing their server. The food has always been great though, and whenever I'm in need of a cheesecake fix, even to go it's worth it.
Food was Bad & The Manager was worse.
I was there the fourth time because my husband love Club Sandwitch and Burger.
When the Avocado dish was served.......disappointment is all I can say......the sause was too sweet, so I ate it without sauce but the taste was not acceptable.
The worst was yet to come,
when the Cajun pasta dish was served the shrimp looks way over cook, so I pick one and ate. Of course I called the waiter and complain. At that time I didn't know how the chicken taste. They were nice enough to prepare a new dish, the shrimps were more succurent than before(but honest with you those weren't the best quality shrimp and about 40-50 in size) Anyway, as soon as I put a piece of chicken in my mouth, it ruined my entire dining, it was way over cook as well, tough and flaky. I had tried their chicken dishes in other location like Belle Vue or Las Vegas before and they were tender and flavory. But this restaurant serve the chicken like "canned Chicken-Noodle-Soup"
I hate that dish, nothing was right, the pasta was not AL DENTE, it taste.....I don't know and the ingredient...... wasn't cooked right. I left most of the chicken.
When the waitress brought the bill I let her know that the chicken taste aweful as well. Then the Manager came over to asked us and we explained to him. TO OUR ASTONISHMENT HE TOLD US, " ...BUT WE HAVEN'T HAVE SUCH A COMPLAIN YET"
Can you believe it? If I were a manager I would LOOK INTO WHAT THE CUSTOMERS LEFT ON THE DISHES FIRST. Then appolozise for the badly prepared food during a busy hour. Well, Bad Management always generate more poorly prepared food.
This restaurant is good at serving Poorly Constructed Ethnic Food. The chef even put extra effort to make the original taste a little worse by adding few different staffs and make it looks like a fine cuisine..... sort of fusion food. I am sorry but this particular restaurant DOESN'T HAS other CHEESE CAKE FACTORY RESTAURANT STANDARD!!!!
I don't think their chef or manager know what they are doing. Poor Food.
Lots of Twist but Not Quality Food.
Most of the dishes are copy from some ethnic cuisine with it;s own touch but only the wrong touches. Food itself doesn't consider as a quality food.
Better stick with burger or basic pasta, never try the Cajun Pasta, YOU will end up with eating TOUGH & FLAKY CHICKEN and SHRIMP in a unidentified mushy sauce.
