love kathy - great work- not rude at all. I am probably the pickiest, most critical person when it comes to my nails. Moving back to Monroe I needed to find a place to get my nails done. I tried every nail salon in monroe. Kathy is the only person who not only carries my color of pink & whites but can do them correctly. They look beautiful and stand strong! I love them. All these other people are exaggerating a bit. The dog is a tiny Pomeranian who doesn't bark or bother anyone. There is no dog pen, just her bed she hangs out in. I have always paid my tip however I paid (via credit or cash) without any problems. This is a great place i recommend it

Rude staff - will not go back. I got a gift card to Couture Nails for my birthday, and so I decided to use it. I was really looking forward to it. I was very disappointed. Kathy (the owner) was rude right from the get-go. I had made an appointment, was on time, and she made demands instead of requests, "Come here. Sit down". I have never been to a salon that was so unprofessional with no manners. No pleases, thank you's or great fullness for their customers. I will never go back to this salon. Even with a $25 gift certificate, I ended up spending more. I got a french polish, and the polish wasn't even put on straight. WASTE of time and money. Do not bother here.

My experience felt like a waste of time, and the only time I was happy was when I walked out the door.

Will not go back again. We went in there the one woman was rude, none of them gave names it was obvious who was the boss because even tho they werent speaking english the tone she used talking down to the other women there was uncalled for, she didnt do my nails straight, my thumbs hurt from where she didnt even press the glue that got on my skin away, and the mindless chatter between the women in their language was hard to listen to and the older woman the left sitting on one of their massage chairs almost the whole time we were there without speaking to her was a real nice touch....the foot baths were filthy with green and yellow film i wouldnt personally stick my feet in them and am ashamed to admit i let them touch my nails period... the demand to tip in cash over the form of payment i was using was ridiculous they should have a note on the door....over all bad bad experience and the nasty dirty dog pen in the back was another nice touch, its a place of business not a dog park, the dog was not there and not a prb but i think its unprofessional to bring your animals to a place of business and to watch one of them clean the one footbath out with 409 was just gross i mean have they heard of bleach??? definately do NOT suggest wasting ur time or money in this place
