Great experienced friendly yoga teachers even for newbies. Free yoga mats if you forget one. Beautiful shower and bathroom feels like a spa! Love the 1hr lunch time yoga for the busy moms. Got back in shape from having a baby quickly with lunch time flow yoga. :) Thanks Om Yoga!
