My experience with Bill Pierre Ford was a very positive experience. Even when I had a mechanice (warrenty) issue, the assistance was very accomidating.
Paul Salazar took my call about a problem with my car, listened to me, offered several possibilities of causes, invited me to bring my car in, accepted my car without an appointment in the early afternoon, had the problem confirmed and a solution identified promptly, and then had the car repaired and ready sooner than originally predicted, applied a senior discount to the original estimate, and found a nail on one of the tires which was also repaired. Use them for test drives but by somewhere else.. I had the same trouble as plenty of other reviewers. Called on a Advertising I saw in the paper. Spoke with a salesman confirming the car was still on the lot. Was told they had 11 cars that had they could sell for that price on the lot. Drove right down. Then was told we sold that car first thing in morning but had other cars for a similar price. So looked and we found a car with the exact same color and features that I called about. But get this the price was $7000 more than the same car I called about. Don't waste your time. Waste theirs by using them for test drives and then buy some where else.…
