Excellent customer service!. We were overseas when the city of Seattle informed us of an apparent leak causing our utility bill to triple! Yikes! Being so far from home, we didn't know what to do. We looked on City Search and saw that Joe from TSCO had great reviews. The reviews are well founded! We couldn't have been more pleased. Joe was very responsive, did exactly as we asked, charged a fair price and fixed our leak very quickly. He is very friendly fair and knowledgeable. Go with Joe from TSCO!. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing. We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!…

Thanks, Joe!. I spent some time searching for a plumber. When I contacted Joe he actually talked to me about my plumbing situation. He was even willing to try to fix my issue with pictures and telephone calls. Based on his suggestion to contact the seller about a warranty I ended up having my plumbing dilemma repaired at no cost, but requested to pay Joe for his time because he was so terrific! I will definitely call him for any other plumbing troubles!…
