Unethical Management. Do NOT live at this property. The practices of the property managers are unethical and work is not conducted in such a way that is even close to being considered 'with integrity.' They will alter your documents without being forthcoming and do nothing to treat you with respect. Please do not put yourself in the hands of incompetant and unethical management.

Avoid this property!!!. Avoid this property!!!!

I lived here a year and a half and can say: worst rental experience EVER. I would avoid ever renting from at Marketside Flats. With no A/C, the units roast in the summer months and become completely unbearable. What's unfortunate is that they have A/C in the hallways, but not actually inside the apartments.

Look up reviews for the owners of the building, Riverstone Residential Group. They treat their tenants notoriously bad. Like many others who have posted here, my wife and I were good tenants and were never late on rent, but as soon as we moved out, Riverstone made it clear that they would do everything they could to nickle and dime us for false charges. They're attempting to not only keep our deposit, but charge us over $1,000 in completely unsbusantiated damages. We were shocked at the charges, but then found out that they do this to all of their tenants -- apparently its part of their business model.

It seems like bad business for them to be so hostile to their own customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting at one of their properties or face the wrath of their collections department.
