We had a great experience with Park N Jet! The front office and drivers were all courteous and friendly. We had a short wait (10min) for the shuttle to the airport and enjoyed hot coffee, hot chocolate and clean bathrooms. We returned very early am and waited less than 5 min for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Our car was in perfect condition, just as we left it. We will definitely use Park N Jet again.

I've used Park n Jet a number of times and have always gotten a great price and service. It is not the fanciest facility, but I have never been disappointed with the parking experience.

Used a groupon and got charged more money when I arrived, when I asked for an itemized receipt they refused to provide one since I paid with cash (I've never heard of that before!). Other than that, check in was quick and the shuttle happened to be on the property already so the ride was quick as well.

When I returned a few days later they took about 15 minutes to arrive (much longer than other shuttles) and were rude to me because apparently I keyed in something wrong when I called. The worst part though is... when I was finally about to be done with their poor business, my car wouldn't start! They 'valet' parked my car (moved it about 20 feet after I parked it when I checked in and left my seat in the position for their short legs, not my long ones) and my battery is brand new from Les Schwab in November so I am 99% sure that something they did caused my car to die. They were able to jump my car from their shuttle and luckily I was able to escape after a few minutes of trying to get it started, although I drove in circles for a minute because the exit is hidden and poorly marked. I certainly will not be using this company ever again.

Initially we were little wary about parking our brand new car here as we read few bad reviews. But "guess what" they turned out to be "really good". Pickup/drop was on time (and we had kid/infant). Sometimes a delay of minute or two delay in they call center looked common as with all parking garages. But for the price they offer, they ARE very good!

They even waived few hours of extra time i took to take my car out :)

Highly recommended! (they are not really that far from Airport and shuttle to us looked good as other pricey players).

seattles best airport parking. Iv'e used park n jet several times and always had great service. I am A manager of A large retail store where customer service is number 1. and I appreciate the excellent service given by park n jet I will always use park n jet and will recomend it to all my friends and family.

Best Parking Service. Best parking service in town. I wouldn't think of leaving my car anywhere else when I leave town. Everyone is very friendly, and they make you feel like your car is safe when you're out of town, and it clearly is evident that it is safe when you come back, when it's in the same condition as when you left it. Thank you.

Courteous and Professional. My first time using Park n Jet, and it won't be my last. The employees were extremely courteous and professional, as were the shuttle drivers. When I came back from my trip, my car was exactly the way I left it - no new scratches or dings. Thank you for the reassurance that my car is safe while I'm away.
