The Scene – The noirish atmosphere is set when patrons enter through a heavy wooden door and let their eyes slowly adjust to the low lighting. Seating is available for every occasion and mood, from booths and banquettes to a table around a central fireplace. The crowd generally features 20-somethings enjoying happy hour and guys watching the game on the big-screen plasma TVs perched over the U-shaped bar. – – The Food – Though the menu offers a few run-of-the-mill salads and sides, skip directly to the pizza and don't look back. The slices--which are, quite literally,…
Editor's Tips
- Know Before You Go:
- Talarico's is technically a bar; however under 21 allowed until 9pm.
- Look Good:
- All but the most voracious eaters will be satiated with one slice; entire 28-inch pies really do feed six to eight hungry adults like the menu boasts.
- What to Drink:
- There's plenty of beer on tap, but there's also a prime selection of tequilas and scotch.
great spot

best late night food in west seattle, good drinks, cool bartenders (even though they are a little on the douchy side) theres no better place to go on a week night in west seattle, if you havn't.. go there.
Good thin crust pizzas

Anything with more than two types of meat would be too much. The Kauai is delicious. Brownie dessert is to die for. Pizzas are big, but thin crust, so it's perfectly filling. HH prices look awesome, but I've never been able to make it. Maybe next time.
LOVE this place!

Really surprised with all the mixed reviews. Just there this Friday, live jazz and great ambience! Honestly, the food is consistently fantastic and the service has always been great!
Agree with No Quality...All Quantity

Bland food and too much of it. Not to mention rude employees who don't seem to care what you think. Place is so dark you have to wonder what they are trying to hide. Unless this is the only place open in West Seattle don't waste your time.
Biggest slice in the world

I'm seriously still overwhelmed by "Biggest slice in the world" so much so that it's all I can think to say right now. The pro was how can you complain about a huge ass slice of pizza for only $6? The con came in that I wanted so badly to fold it (I'm from NY, we must fold our slices) and I did, but it was so big the end fell under the weight & I had to start with a fork (this is pizza sacrilege for us NY'ers).
I actually really liked the vibe of the place, it was very comfy and easy to talk amongst our large group (until exactly 9pm when the music was turned up to nightclub volume). The bar is pretty cool, it takes up about 1/3 of the whole place. Definitely wear your contacts if you want to get a good look at the dudes (or gals) across the bar, it's seriously far all the way to the other side.
Good pizza, great service, cool vibe, I'd be happy to go back.
- Pros: Biggest slice in the world
- Cons: Biggest slice in the world
